I'm an all American show-girl from Detroit where I earned my hard working blue collar attitude of the midwest and found the body and soul of the stage. I left a career as an Engineer at General Motors, to dance bright as the sun on the California Coast.
My love of rock n roll and my drive to perform allowed me to combine my passions and create Hells Belles Burlesque, an LA based rock n roll Burlesque troupe.
Show me a costume covered in rhinestones and I will find a reason to wear it. And I have, many times, on shows such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen, Good Day LA and The Kris Jenner Show. I have choreographed for Robert Rodriguez, Seth MacFarlane, Emma Parker-Bowels,"The Supermodel" pageant in Tokyo, Japan, and Showtime's awards shows. When I'm out of the bright lights of Hollywood and off stage, I am teaching Pilates and Burlesque. I have taught burlesque to all of your favorite reality show stars on shows such as MTV's SaddleRanch and The Hills, E!'s Tia & Tamara and Botched, and WE's Marriage Bootcamp.

I am a Pilates snob because it is a workout method that delivers the results you want. In the past 15 years, I can say that it really works! I am fully certified Stott Pilates instructor and I love to watch Pilates completely change people's lives. Their posture improves, their bodies transform, and before you know it, their confidence is soaring.
I am also an athletic conditioning specialist. I use Pilates to take clients to a new level of athletic performance by improving their strength, power, and agility. My clients include professional dancers, semi-professional golfers, and athletes from the NHL and NFL.
Now, my journey has allowed me to combine all of my loves in one place. A place where I can help women transform their outer and inner bodies to be their own sexy, healthy, and confident Bombshells. Spend some time with me and I will teach you how to add sass to your sparkle and shine!
